Description: The TECAN SPARK 10M is a multifunctional microplate reader equipped with a high-speed monochromator (HSM), allowing full absorbance spectrum scan in less than 5 minutes. The equipment accepts 1 – 384 wells plate format and can be used to perform kinetics measurements autonomously. The SPARK is equipped with the SparkControl software for reader control and data reduction.
