Description:
Leica DMI5000 M is a inverted reflected light microscope, incorporating a motorized stage. Reflected microscopes are used to observe and to analyze surfaces or cross-sections of opaque specimens. The motorized stage, microscope, and digital camera are controlled by LAS software. This automation allows the acquisition of increased depth field images (MultiFocus) and the grouping of sequential images (MultiStep).
Specifications:
- Imaging contrast modes: Brightfield (BF), Darkfield (DF), Polarized Light (PL) and Interference Contrast (IC).
- magnification: up to 2000x
