CENIMAT | i3N and CEMOP/UNINOVA researcher Diana Gaspar won the best poster award at the 7th Dresden Nanoanalysis Symposium for her work entitled "Logic Operations with Oxide Field Effect Transistors on Cellulose Substrates”.
The awarded work demonstrates that a unique set of characteristics can be combined in planar dual-gate oxide–based field effect transistors with a back floating electrode using cellulose simultaneously as substrate and dielectric.
