Graduated from the Integrated Master's in Micro and Nanotechnologies in 2022. Developed interests in biomaterials, functional materials, tissue engineering and bioelectricitry from the variety of classes taken during the degree.
Developed my master thesis's work on “Enhanced Bioactivity of Electrospun Piezoelectric Membranes with Embedded Micro and Nanoparticles”. This resulted in a published article in MDPI Macromol entitled "Characterization of a Biocomposite of Electrospun PDF Membranes with Embedded BaTiO3 Micro- and Nanopartículas".
Currently working towards the development of implants coated by microstructured and nanostructured films with antibacterial activity under the ORAiDEA project.
