Description

Andreia dos Santos is a biomedical engineer with a PhD from the MIT-Portugal Doctoral Program (2015 - 2021). During her PhD thesis, entitled Development of Multifunctional E-skin Sensors, she developed e-skin like pressure and temperature sensors for health monitoring and prosthesis applications, exploring laser engraving for the optimization of the sensors performance. Currently, she is working at AlmaScience Colab as the senior researcher responsible for the electrical characterization of sensors.
