Catarina Matos finished her MSc in micro and nanotechnology engineering in 2023. During her master thesis she worked on Atomic Layer Deposition of conductive thin films of TiN and AZO for application as electrodes in flexible electronics. During her BSc she completed two research internships at INL, focusing on SiOx/SiNx nanolaminates for selective contacts in CIGS solar cells and on spray pyrolysis of FTO for perovskite solar cells. Currently, Catarina is working at Cenimat as a researcher on Nanoimprint Lithography and Atomic Layer Deposition, under the FOXES project.
Main scientific interests: micro and nanofabrication, Atomic Layer Deposition, Nanoimprint Lithography, flexible electronics.
