Postdoc Positions - University of Texas at Dallas

Two openings for postdoc positions for 1 year in the materials science and engineering department at the University of Texas at Dallas.

The set of skills we are looking for the candidates are:
Candidate #1:
- Experience in design and fabrication of thin film devices (TFTs and diodes)
- Experience with fabrication processes in cleanroom facilities.

 

Candidate #2:
- Experience designing integrated circuits (specifically amplifiers unipolar and CMOS)
- Experience in SPICE simulation and layout design (circuits will be fabricated at MOSIS).

 

We are offering $2,000 USD per month for 1 year with the possibility of extending the position for another year. We will also generate a J-1 visa for the visitor. The project starts in September 1st, 2015.
