Description

Dr. S.V. Jagadeesh Chandra born in Atluru, Andhra Pradesh, India on 3rd April, 1977. He got his doctoral degree under the guidance of Prof. S. Uthanna, Department of Physics, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India with a specialization of Vacuum Science and Thin Film technology in 2008. He has been working on high-k materials since 2004. Later, he worked for two years during Feb, 2009 - Feb, 2011 on the challenges in the improvement of interface quality at high-k/semiconductor stacks for microelectronic device applications with Prof C.J. Choi, Chonbuk Natinoal University, Korea. Currently, he is involving in the research to establish electrolyte-insulator-semiconductor (EIS) FETs for bio-sensors with Prof. Elvira Fortunato, CENIMAT, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.
