Description

Lídia Ricardo graduated in Materials Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT/UNL) in 2014. Her current research interests are related to the production of amorphous silicon and silicon nanoparticles by PECVD as well as their applications in devices such as silicon junctions, solar cells and MOSFETs. Others areas: new semiconductor processing technologies and transparent oxide thin films.
