BSc. degree in Applied Chemistry in 2007 and MSc. degree in Bioorganic Chemistry in 2009, both from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
His research interests are related to the synthesis and characterization of photoresponsive organic molecules for the development of photorheological and other photosensitive materials.
The current work consists in the development of new electrospun membranes from cellulose derivatives with cellulose nanocrystals.
